In keeping with our commitment to outstanding care and service, we will gladly answer all of your financial questions. At In Harmony Dental Care we are committed to providing the highest quality dental services to help make dentistry more accessible and affordable for our patients.

We know that many people do not have dental insurance, so In Harmony Dental Care offers a dental membership program with significant savings for those without dental insurance. Members get basic dental services at predetermined, reduced rates. If any other services are needed, a discount is applied to the practice's standard fee. Plans for children, healthy adults and those with periodontal disease are available. Plans are available with the annual memberships paid as a single payment or spaced out over 12 months to help with budgeting.

We are here to help guide you in utilizing the maximum benefits provided by your insurance.  Please, be aware dental insurance plans function quite differently from medical insurance. In most cases, dental insurance covers the cost of basic preventative care and should be considered a supplement to help cover the cost of any additional needed treatment. 

We strongly believe that your treatment recommendations should be guided by your own unique oral health needs and the use of the highest quality materials and procedures. Your dental coverage is not an indicator of the oral healthcare you need or what quality dental materials cost. 

We are in-network with many dental insurers and will always work to maximize your benefits. If needed, we can suggest alternate payment methods, such as utilizing your employer’s flex-spending account or applying for medical financing, such as Care Credit. 

We accept payment from most insurances and are contracted with Ameritas, Cigna, Delta, Metlife, GEHA, Connection Network and Humana. Other insurance companies may be added, so please contact our office for more information.

Payment Options

For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Payment is expected at the time services are performed.

Medical financing options offer competitive interest rates and terms to make elective procedures, or procedures not covered by insurance, attainable. Ask us about applying for Care Credit.
